Several TMG Leaders Tabbed to Speak at MAILCOM 2008
 The Millennium Group (TMG) will send four members of its management team to speak at this year’s MAILCOM Global Conference and Exhibition being held in Atlantic City, NJ. The four day event features 144 educational seminars led by the industries most recognized professionals. Headlining the team of TMG speakers, President Timothy Kerner CMDSM, MQC will present Mail Center Security: Best Practices, Wednesday, April 30 from 4:15-5:15 pm. This seminar will focus on hot button topics in mail security such as potential security breaches, x-ray technology, and inbound mail. TMG’s industry leading operating practices will also be showcased during this interactive seminar.
Also scheduled to speak at MAILCOM 2008 is TMG’s Executive Vice President Frank Farnacci, MQC, presenting Best Practices in Office Services Outsourcing. Frank’s seminar has been featured in various industry events and discusses the intricacies of developing a mutually beneficial outsourcing relationship. Frank’s presentation is also scheduled for Wednesday, April 30 from 4:15-5:15pm.
TMG’s New York Region Operations Manager, and MSMA’s 2007 Mail Manager of the Year, Jim Mullan, CMDSM, EMCM, MQC, will participate in three different educational seminars at this year’s MAILCOM event. Mullan will lead the presentation Ten Secrets of Leadership, which will give an inside look at Jim’s “Ten Commandments” of leadership. Jim’s Ten Secrets of Leadership seminar is scheduled for Thursday, May 1 at 4:00 – 5:00 pm. Jim will also contribute to the Career Development Roundtable – Improve Job Security, Don’t Just Change Your Job, Thursday, May 1 from 1:30-2:30 pm, and Consolidating Support Services: A How-to-Guide, Tuesday, April 29 at 1:15-2:15 pm.
Also joining the list of TMG leaders presenting at MAILCOM is Merrick Colson, CMDSM, CMM, MQC. As Operations Manager National Accounts Merrick is leading The Millennium Group’s rapid expansion in the Western U.S. Merrick will be presenting Working in a Mine Field: Turning Difficult Customers into Allies. This seminar will explain how to build solid two-way communications and improve relationships with difficult customers.

From April 29 – May 2, MAILCOM will hold its 28th Annual Global Conference & Exhibition in Atlantic City, NJ. MAILCOM is the world’s largest convention for mail communications management.
