Group to provide on site Office Services that includes
mail, copy/print, facsimile and records management,
hospitality and related office support functions. The
Millennium Group supports approximately 72 attorneys and
a total staff in excess of 150. |

- Displaced another services firm providing a static program of staff with little operating enhancements and savings.
- Provide a professional team of on site experts and guarantee the staffing level with trained absenteeism coverage within 2 hours of notification.
- Deployed robust receiving and internal package tracking system to ensure accurate receipt of all accountable items, including signature capture on handheld palm units.
- Restructured Office Services staffing to include an experienced Records Manager significantly upgrading on site expertise and capabilities.
- Analyzed existing fleet of office copiers and recommended a replacement fleet of new robust multi-functional devices that will print and scan as well as copy for the copy center and general office locations.
- Integrated industry best practices including regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Operating Service Audits to provide a proactive, not reactive, managed service.
- Reproduce hundreds of thousands of pages of documents each month including heavy litigation, real estate closing binders, book duplicating, forms and general administration.
- Centralized ordering of all office supplies and execution of hourly mail/fax/copy/file sweeps internally hourly.
- Create and integrate hundreds of new files into existing space monthly, adhering to established retention criteria.
- Provide additional support, both short term and long term, to additional offices on Long Island and in Los Angeles as needed from our national support system.
- Provide “cold site” business continuity support from TMG’s 110,000 square foot NJ based print, mail and fulfillment facility.
