Frank Farnacci to Give Best Practices Seminar to IFMA 08 Industries Forum 

January, 2008 - The International Facility Management Association (IFMA) has selected The Millennium Group’s Executive Vice President Frank Farnacci to speak at the IFMA Industries Forum 2008 Spring Council Meetings.  Frank Farnacci will present his popular presentation titled “Best Practices in Office Services Outsourcing” at this year’s Forum.  

Every outsourcing project has its own unique parameters that set them up equally for failure as much as success.  Industry statistics show that failed outsourcing deals are increasing at an alarming rate.  Frank’s presentation highlights ten best practices to utilize when implementing and managing outsourcing engagements for Mail and Office Services.

As an organization, IFMA continuously strives to provide its members with opportunities to interact, share information and best practices, and build business relationships with industry colleagues.  IFMA’s Industries Forum is an annual event geared toward IFMA council members and the issues and concerns specific to their varied areas of facility management.  The 2nd Annual Industries Forum concentrates on topics from various facilities management sectors, some of which are airport facilities, corporate facilities, and FM consultants. This year’s Forum will be held at the Hyatt Regency Tech Center Hotel in Denver, Colorado from April 30 - May 2, 2008.  Frank is scheduled to present his “Best Practices in Office Services Outsourcing” session on Thursday, May 1, 2008 from 4:00 - 5:00pm.
